John and Graham asked us to create a destination site for a newly formed community of leaders in the pest control industry the challenge was to bring knowledge‑sharing, experience and resources together in one place in a way that naturally drives engagement. A lack of structured offers and payments for services and membership it was necessary to design a revenue model that is clear, scalable and intuitive in day‑to‑day operations. Unclear pricing and no explicit value ladder we had to present tiers of benefits in an intuitive, comparable way to support conversion and upsell.

The need for a visual language that is both consistent and distinctive — a system instantly recognisable and flexible across the website and community materials. The risk of limited visibility and slower load times with content‑rich pages — we needed solid SEO and performance foundations without compromising quality. A requirement for a scalable CMS so the team could develop content independently — repeatable components and processes to shorten publishing time and reduce maintenance costs.

We shaped a new brand identity that feels calm, high-end, and quietly confident - just like the service itself. From typography to tone of voice, everything we created was designed to reflect their core values: discretion, consistency, and care.

Time was critical by integrating AI into our process, we reduced discovery to a single day without sacrificing quality. Information architecture: prioritising the “problem solution proof offer” sequence for higher conversions. CMS components: hero, USPs, pricing, FAQs, testimonials and case studies as repeatable blocks. Accessibility: contrast, focus states, mobile readability and alt text. Performance: lazy‑loading, SVG optimisation, web‑safe typography and critical. CSS Analytics: key events (registration, contact, download forms), goals and funnel tracking.
