Business support usually feels like it was written for everyone and no one. Inbervel had to feel different. Like it came from people who'd actually been in the van, dealt with the customers, made the hiring mistakes, worked out the pricing the hard way.

The brand needed to look established on day one. The website had to turn visitors into members. And the platform had to give each person their own space to work through programs, track where they are, and talk to others going through the same thing. The commercial side mattered too. Membership tiers that made sense. A path from free to paid that didn't feel pushy.

We shaped a new brand identity that feels calm, high-end, and quietly confident - just like the service itself. From typography to tone of voice, everything we created was designed to reflect their core values: discretion, consistency, and care.

We ran discovery sessions using AI to capture everything, brand direction, site structure, messaging, content. Work that normally takes weeks.

"It freaked us out at first. We were all mic'd up, talking to a virtual presence in the room. But once you could see how it worked - my God, this is making something doable in a day that would take days and days. The time and efficiency gains were astounding."

Brand development went quickly after that. Every direction we showed them was in the right territory. No rounds thrown away.

"John is very particular about branding. But all the options were in a space where we thought, actually, I'd be happy with any of these. It was picking the best one - not eliminating the bad ones."

We built the website around their philosophy: from busy to brilliant. Program pathways laid out simply. Next steps obvious. Everything in the CMS is modular, so their team can add pages and update content without calling us.

For the community, each member gets a private portal. Their own workspace. Growth program tools, Profit-Pilot™ resources, progress tracking - all in one place, separate from the general community feed.
