Policy in Practice had a powerful mission and strong track record – but their brand and software UI didn’t reflect the scale or clarity of their work. Their growing team needed a structured design system, better collaboration tools, and a fresh visual identity to help them move faster and more consistently across products and campaigns.
They also needed help communicating their impact through reports, investor decks, and marketing assets – all while redesigning software used by million's of people.
We embedded ourselves as an extension of the Policy in Practice design team, working side-by-side with product and comms teams across the business.
We introduced a complete design system, centralised in Figma, that now powers everything from the Better Off Calculator to LIFT and MAST. We also trained their internal team to use and evolve the system themselves.
Alongside the product work, we refreshed the brand, designed a new website, and produced high-profile reports that were published and shared by major UK institutions. From social media assets to detailed UI flows, we covered every touchpoint.
Artur has helped us on start up to scale up journey, renewing our brand profile as we grow in existing markets and explore new ones. He has brought new energy to our visual presence, both internally and externally. From flyers to a whole new website and all in between, Artur's design flare and execution have elevated us.
